# Overview

> What on-site messaging shows, where, and what it never shows.

On-site messaging is one script, `krti.js`, with two components:

| Component | Where | What it shows |
| - | - | - |
| `KrtiPromo` | Product and cart pages, next to the price | A bordered line: "Pay **42.000 KWD** instead of 45.000 with Krti", a Learn more link under it, the Krti badge beside it |
| `KrtiCard` | Checkout page, under your MyFatoorah option | The saving ("Your Krti saving, 3.000 KWD"), three benefits, the logos of the payment methods |

Both open the same "Learn more" pop-up with the saving for that amount and how Krti works.

## What the line says

| Situation | Product and cart line |
| - | - |
| An offer applies to the amount | Pay **42.000 KWD** instead of 45.000 with Krti |
| The offer needs a payment method or has a limit | Pay from **42.000 KWD** with Krti |
| The cart is under an offer's minimum (cart only) | Save 3.000 KWD with Krti on orders from 60.000 KWD |
| No offer for this amount | Pay with Krti at checkout: KNET or card, no sign-up |

The script never names your campaign, never shows anything about your budget or limits, and
renders nothing at all if your key is revoked or the amount is above your Krti maximum.

## What you need

* A **public key** from the partners console. It is safe to put in your HTML: it can only read
the public quote. See [Public keys](https://docs.krti.com/on-site-messaging/keys.md).
* The **amount** of the product, cart or order as a string with the currency's decimals
  (`"45.000"` for KWD).

> [!NOTE]
>
> The script is under 20 KB gzipped (the payment logos are inline), has no dependencies, never
> throws into your page, and needs 320 px of width. Arabic renders right to left.
